PG hosted Carmel at Breaker stadium tonight. PG started he scoring on a Elmer Santos corner kick to his favorite target Captain Daniel Giovinazzo who buried the ball for the games first goal. Early in the second half Carmel equalized (sorry, don't have names) with a goal of their own. PG had several chances but just couldn't put it in the back of the net. In what must have been the last minute, PG played an aggressive posture to go for the win but Carmel countered and stole the game 2-1.

PG is now 8-2-1 in all play. PG will have another chance at the Padre's at the end of the season to play for the "Golden Ball" and see if they can hold it for the fifth year in a row.

The Breakers play PCS in Santa Cruz on Monday, Martin Luther Kings birthday.
