| PG took the lead 1-0 after 25 minutes with a goal from John Sohn (jr), assist by JT Salazar (sr). In the second half, York put on the pressue but the breakers held them back. PG had 12 shots on goal in just 20 minutes. PG had two disallowed goals, but was finally able to score again on a PK by Matt Spade (sr) after 20 minutes into the 2nd half. Ten minutes later, John Sohn and JT connected again and John put the breakers ahead 3-0. With five minutes to go, York broke through PG's defense and Collin Fyfes scored with an assist from Jake Hiller. PG is now 7-3-1 in MTAL. John Sohn has 11 goals for PG. PG Breakers go to Carmel next Wednesday to play the annual "Golden Ball" game vs the Padres. |
